I have been a driver of organizational success through strategic leadership by helping to redefine CPA.com’s approach to working with CPA firms holistically across our entire product and service portfolio. In addition to driving vision and strategy for CPA.com’s enterprise sales team, I have the opportunity to lead a game changing initiative in our RIVIO Clearinghouse, which is transforming the way private financial information is exchanged in the US Market. Through various speaking engagements across the nation, I have had the privilege of providing vision and insight to peers and customers on what the future of our profession will look like as we evolve through our rapidly changing world.
I subscribe to the philosophy that you should be the change you want to see in the world. I strive to keep an open mind and to truly listen to what others say. Now, perhaps more than ever, listening to and understanding others is crucial for progress in our society. I am constantly changing, growing, and learning and my actions are guided by this ongoing personal development. I aim to impart these values on those around me in an effort to facilitate flexible thinking which I believe will lead to progress and change within our professional community and beyond.

Simon Sinek’s philosophy on leadership has guided my approach to leading by example, and focusing on empathy and trust at the core of cultivating a team environment. In addition, Erik Asgeirsson’s mentorship and coaching has been invaluable to my professional development and building success within a dynamic organization. On a personal note, my father has helped guide me through every major decision in my personal and professional life, and I could not imagine being in the position I am in today without his never-ending support. By far, the one person who has influenced me the most is my daughter Tenlee.
