Through its Tax-Aid and HG Forms product lines, Tenenz is best known as a
forms and accounting supplies company, having provided a full range of each
for more than 40 years. But in addition to offering W-2 and 1099 forms, envelopes,
binders, presentation materials and other gear, Tenenz also sells software for
W-2 and 1099 preparation.
The TFP 20.9 system is geared toward printing these forms on pre-printed form
stock that is available for either laser or continuous paper printers. The program
automatically produces W-3 and 1096 transmittal summaries, and provides a simple
user interface that eases manual data-entry tasks. Designed for small businesses
or professionals who just need a simple W-2 and 1099 template-based system,
TFP helps solve these basic needs at a very affordable price of $29.99 per year.
Tenenz also offers the Laser Link system, which provides similar basic W-2
and 1099-Misc functionality as TFP, but with the ability to print to plain paper
stock using a laser printer. The program costs $46.99 per year. Both Tenenz
products can be purchased and fully downloaded from the company’s website.

at discounts of up to 30 percent.
