Their work ensures that businesses, investors, and stakeholders receive clear, consistent, and reliable financial statements even when an audit isn’t required.
The ARSC is a senior committee, with each member selected from experienced professionals at CPA firms. These individuals play a critical role in shaping the Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS) and ensuring that private company financial reporting remains transparent and high-quality.
