In response to the global pandemic, many CPA firms were forced to shift to remote work without the proper preparation, security measures, or technology. Now, many firms find themselves unsure of what to do next. However, some CPA firms are coming out of the pandemic stronger and more practical despite the challenges. The unpredicted benefits of remote work, like flexible remote hiring and training, stronger staff retention, streamlined business processes and more, have contributed to overall improved customer and staff experience and collaboration. CPA firms looking to take the next step toward a distributed workforce can learn from 2020 and begin to take action toward improving client experience, increasing talented and productive employees, and ultimately creating a better bottom line. During this webinar, we will cover how some firms are coming out stronger, steps to secure a remote workforce and how to improve client experience and collaboration while supporting a distributed workforce.
