GruntWorx, LLC Completes SSAE 16 Type II Examination

FRANKLIN, NC & ANDOVER, MA December 2, 2011 GruntWorx, LLC, which was acquired by Drake Enterprises earlier this year, has announced the completion of its annual Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No.16 examination.

The 2011 SSAE 16 report was compiled by the account firm BrightLine CPAs & Associates, Inc. The company noted that the examination validates Gruntworx’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.  The SSAE 16 Type II SOC I report covers the period from November 1, 2010 to October 31, 2011.

SSAE16, which supersedes the SAS 70 audit standard, is the adopted version of the International Standards for Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3402, Assurance Reports on Controls at a Service Organization, for use in the United States.
