CCH Small Firm Services Announces Release of PaperlessPLUS
(KENNESAW, GA, October 11, 2011) – CCH Small Firm Services (SFS) today announced the launch of its newest software product, PaperlessPLUS. The new software was developed to help tax and accounting professionals save time, paper and money by giving them a fast, easy and cost-effective way to organize and store documents and office files electronically.
PaperlessPLUS allows users to save and store e-mails, spreadsheets, memos and other documents as PDF files in a client’s electronic folder. The software includes password protection to safely secure important data, along with folder locking options that restricts access to any function and preserve document integrity.

The new software, which replaces the company’s Document Manager and Scan & Fill products, features scheduled automatic backups, a streamlined interface that lets users open any document with very few clicks and electronic signature capabilities enabling clients to sign documents electronically using e-signature pads.
SFS also announced a premium version of the new software. PaperlessPLUS Premier includes Premier Scan, which identifies scanned documents, arranges like documents together, and creates PDF files with bookmarks making documents easy to find.
PaperlessPLUS, and the software’s premier features, are fully integrated with CCH Small Firm Services tax preparation software – ATX and TaxWise. Tax preparers can quickly and easily export W-2 and 1099 data directly to their clients’ tax returns. PaperlessPLUS is included with the TaxWise Power Accounting and TaxWise Complete Tax & Accounting software packages.
