NACVA Names Seth Webber, CFA, As Outstanding Member

The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) recently named BerryDunn principal Seth Webber their Outstanding Member Award winner. The award, given quarterly, is to recognize Seth’s commitment to the organization and for advancing the profession.

BerryDunn CPAs and consultants provide financial and business expertise to organizations in New England and across the country, with offices in Portland and Bangor, Maine; Manchester, New Hampshire; and Charleston, West Virginia.

Webber will be a co-chair of NACVA’s annual conference, being held this year in San Diego, and serves on the Board of Governors for the Institute of Business Appraisers.

A Principal in BerryDunn’s Valuation Group, Seth brings his combination of valuation, consulting, and operations skills to bear for his clients, helping them navigate challenging issues related to business valuation. He leads a diverse team of valuation experts that draw on the deep resources of BerryDunn to help clients address their needs.

Webber is heavily involved in working with clients to define and execute transition plans, including valuations relating to ESOPs, management buyouts, sales, and gifting. He also provides expert witness services to clients and attorneys on business valuation, economic damages, and lost profits.
