This tax season, ADP, a provider of payroll services and human capital management (HCM) solutions, is offering accountants and their small-business clients free access to the ADP HR HelpDesk through April 30, 2015.

Accountants nationwide are eligible for the promotion, and they can select as many as five of their small-business clients with fewer than 50 employees to also participate free of charge through the end of April. ADP’s HR HelpDesk is staffed by HR Business Advisors who can provide best practice HR information on day-to-day HR questions and provide information about how changing HR regulations can affect a small business.

“For accountants, tax season is already enormously challenging, aside from the HR and compliance issues they must confront throughout the year,” said John Ayala, ADP’s president of Small Business Services. “When tax season comes along, it’s even more challenging to deal with those issues, which can be complex and can require a lot of research. Offering the ADP HR HelpDesk as a free resource is just one way that we can help to ease the burden for accountants and demonstrate our commitment to them and their work.”

Throughout the promotion, which runs Feb. 27 – April 30, accountants can share the opportunity for free HR HelpDesk access with their small-business clients.

“We are excited about giving accountants the ability to extend this promotion to their small-business clients who can benefit greatly from free access to the HR HelpDesk,” said Ayala. “We have been serving small businesses for more than 60 years, and we understand the day-to-day challenges they face and the many tasks they must tackle. Most small-business owners don’t have an HR expert on staff to help them understand how issues and changing regulations can affect their business. Through this promotion, they can have an HR best practice resource at their fingertips, for free.”
