Hutchinson-based Network Management Group Inc. (NMGI) marked its 30th anniversary this month by being named one of North America's Top 200 Managed Service Providers for 2014.

Network Management Group, Inc. provides consulting, technology solutions, systems and related services to public and private sector clients throughout the United States. The MSP Mentor 200 award is annually identified by Nine Lives Media's North America edition.

“It is an honor to be selected and recognized for this national award,” said Doug Elliott, president and COO of NMGI. “It validates our team members and their efforts in providing the highest level of network management, support and services for our clients so they may get the best results from their IT technology.”

Over its 30 years NMGI has seen and endured many challenges and changes.

Co-founder Steve Harper retired from NMGI in 2013. Remaining co-founder Randy Johnston assumed the sole shareholder role. Johnston's efforts allow NMGI nationwide exposure and have linked NMGI to the accounting industry through his leadership with K2 Enterprises LLP.

“NMGI is experiencing great success and is poised to serve for decades as the best technology provider in the industry as our greatest years are still yet to come,” Johnston said.

“NMGI's 30th anniversary is a tremendous milestone for the company. We have had the pleasure of working with clients in Hutchinson and around the United States to assess, implement and manage their technology over the last 30 years,” said Vice President Ken McClelland. “We thank our clients and associates for the loyalty and trust you've shown us for the past 30 years and we are excited at what the future will bring.”
