Avalara Announces Strategic Partnership with McGladrey LLP

McGladrey Clients to Benefit from Avalara’s End-to-End Sales and Use Tax Compliance Solutions

A new partnership between Avalara and accounting firm McGladrey could help thousands of businesses better manage their sales and use tax compliance processes.

Avalara, which makes cloud-based systems that automate sales taxes, announced it has formed a strategic partnership with McGladrey, which has offices in 75 cities around the country, providing accounting, consulting and tax services to thousands of middle market and small businesses.

Through this partnership, Avalara will work with McGladrey to provide effective solutions that help companies manage their sales tax reporting and compliance related processes. This solution will allow McGladrey’s compliance and automation practice to deliver additional software alternatives to its middle market clients using Avalara’s end-to-end sales and use tax compliance solutions for rate calculation, filing and returns, and exemption certificate management.
