Registration opens for CCH Connections user conference in Phoenix

CCH has opened the registration period for the CCH: Connections: User Conference 2013. This year’s conference will take place October 27-30 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona, offering tax and accounting professionals educational sessions, demonstrations of the most advanced industry solutions and exciting networking events. CCH, a part of Wolters Kluwer (CCHGroup.com) is a global provider of tax, accounting and audit information, software and services.

Nearly 1,300 professionals attended last year’s User Conference in San Diego, which sold out several weeks in advance.

“This is one of the best opportunities of the year for firms of all sizes to network with peers, learn directly from experts and get an early jump on experiencing cutting-edge technologies,” said Karen Abramson, CCH President & CEO. “Professionals looking for a competitive advantage in growing, managing and protecting their businesses have a golden opportunity to make connections and see new solutions that will help boost efficiency and add value for their clients.”

Attendees have the opportunity to see demonstrations and experience CCH’s newest innovations, including CCH Axcess – the new, cloud-based modular solution with an integrated central database, offering firms integration, security, confidence and speed.

CCH Mobile solutions and apps will also be available, with mobile technology experts showing how premier CCH content is quickly delivered on-the-go via the IntelliConnect research platform. CCH’s latest collection of apps, eBooks, and journals are also available at CCHGroup.com/anywhere.

Newly added to this year’s conference are revitalized versions of the company’s roundtable sessions – now called discussion pods. These meetings create a greater peer-to-peer line of sight, enabling all participants to offer more opinions and generate more involved discussions for a collaborative experience benefitting everyone taking part.

In addition to the new discussion pods, sessions also include interactive lectures and computer workshops. All CCH User Conference sessions are organized along six tracks: Accounting & Audit, CCH Axcess, Emerging Leaders, Management, Tax and Technology. In fact, attendees can customize their own conference schedules by choosing sessions best suited to their individual or firm’s needs.

Key conference programs include:

  • Opening keynote address from a prominent expert on topics vital to every tax and accounting professional;
  • CPE-accredited sessions and discussions on business issues and strategies;
  • Interactive discussion pods on hot industry topics;
  • Peer-to-peer networking sessions, where attendees share best practices;
  • Showcases featuring integrated software and research applications;
  • Informative sessions helping attendees get the most out of new CCH solution features with update sessions, hands-on training and assistance.
