Jerry Brown (not that one) named president of California CPA Society Central Coast chapter
Jerry Brown of San Luis Obispo is the new president of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants for 2013-14.

May 31 — Jerry Brown of San Luis Obispo is the new president of the Central Coast Chapter of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants for 2013-14.
He succeeds accountant Kim Spiller of Caliber Audit & Attest in San Luis Obispo.
The chapter serves more than 500 members in San Luis Obispo County and northern Santa Barbara County, according to a recent news release.
Brown is the chief financial officer of Earth Systems, which provides geotechnical engineering, geology and environmental consulting, soil and materials testing, and consulting for alternative energy projects.
Joining Brown on the CalCPA board are Alexis T. Huebner of Glenn Burdette in San Luis Obispo, vice president and treasurer, and Christopher J. Raymer of Longcrier & Associates in San Luis Obispo, secretary.
