Bloomberg BNA Offers 2013 Edition of “ERISA Regulations”

New Edition Contains All the Rules and Regulations on Employee Benefits Issued by Federal Agencies, in One Comprehensive Volume

April 15, 2013 – Bloomberg BNA has published the 2013 Edition of ERISA Regulations, containing the full text of all proposed and final regulations through June 30, 2012 from the Department of Labor, the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Treasury Department, as well as other agencies whose policies affect benefit plans.

  • Department of Labor Employee Benefits Security Administration regulations on group health plans and health insurance issuers relating to investment advice for participants and beneficiaries, fee disclosure, and prohibited transaction exemption procedures for employee benefit plans.
  • Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation proposed regulations on cash balance plans, and benefit determinations and plan valuations for statutory hybrid plans under the Pension Protection Act of 2006.
  • Internal Revenue Service regulations on longevity annuity contracts, reporting and notice requirements for deferred vested benefits under Code Section 6057, and property transferred in connection with the performance of services under Code Section 83.
  • Department of Health and Human Services regulations on group health plans and health insurance issuers relating to medical loss ratio, rate increase disclosure and review, and student health insurance coverage
