Transzap, Inc., the parent company of Oildex, recently announced the appointment of Michael Corbett as Vice President of Marketing. Transzap develops cloud-based management solutions for the energy industry.
"The appointment of Michael to Vice President of Marketing will augment Transzap’s strong executive team and will help to best articulate the unique value of Oildex’s solutions,” said Richard Slack, Transzap President and CEO. "With his extensive experience and vast knowledge of the SaaS market, Michael will be instrumental in strengthening our brand across key market segments and help better position the company to achieve our ambitious growth goals."
Corbett has more than 24 years of SaaS-based experience, previously serving in several senior marketing and strategic development management positions. In his most recent position as Vice President of Marketing Operations at OnTargetJobs, he was responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy. Under his leadership, brand engagement increased by 48 percent which resulting in an annual revenue growth of more than 21 percent.

Corbett will report to Slack, and lead Oildex’s marketing team. He will oversee the company’s go-to-market strategy, strategic marketing, product marketing and marketing communications initiatives. Corbett graduated from the University of Oklahoma with his Bachelor’s of Art degree in Management.
