Philly firms unite: Smart Devine acquires EAC Valuations

Philadelphia-based accounting and advisory firm Smart Devine, has announced the acquisition of Wayne, PA-based appraisal and valuations firm EAC Valuations LLC (Enterprise Appraisal Company).

With the move, Smart Devine adds EAC's staff of experienced appraisal and valuation professionals into their existing practice service portfolio, which includes accounting and audit, tax services, business advisory, forensic accounting, litigation support and insurance advisory services.

The combined firm will have a staff of more than 75 professionals, who will be located at Smart Devine’s current Philadelphia location at 1600 Market Street.
