Crowe Horwath LLP, public accounting and consulting firm, recently announced that it has selected Templeton Solutions to help configure its CRM system throughout its nationwide offices, beginning this month.
"After Crowe conducted an extensive search and review process, Templeton Solutions was the clear choice," said Dave Keever, principal in Crowe's Performance Consulting group and executive sponsor of the firm's CRM project. "Because of its long history of providing successful CRM systems and providing tailored CRM systems for professional services firm, we know that our new CRM system will drive enhanced customer relationships and we look forward to working with Templeton on this project."
Templeton Solutions will implement Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management in efforts to enhance Crowe Horwarth’s marketing and business development systems and information processes across the country. The new CRM system is scheduled to be rolled out in the summer of 2013.
