Bill.com Now Offers Certification Program for Accounting Firms
Bill.com launched a new certification program today, allowing accounting firms that use Bill.com to identify themselves as a Bill.com Expert or Guru.

Bill.com, provider of integrated bill payment, online invoicing and cash flow management solutions for businesses, launched a new certification program today for accounting firms. Accounting firms that use Bill.com can now identify themselves as a Bill.com Expert or Guru.
Adding the title of Bill.com Expert or Guru to a firm’s brand allows the firm to promote their knowledge of cloud-based accounting and Bill.com’s services. Through the certification program, firms will have the capability to streamline back office operations, while growing their business and maximizing their returns.

Bill.com’s certification program offers two types of certification: Bill.com Expert and Bill.com Guru. The certification received is based on the level of self-directed, online training completed. The Bill.com Expert Certification allows professionals to customize solutions and processes for clients. Through the Bill.com Expert course, professionals will gain in-depth knowledge on how to get clients started with Bill.com, accounts payable, accounts receivable and document management capabilities and how to streamline workflow using Bill.com.
The Bill.com Guru Certification course helps firms streamline services more effectively, offering a higher level to clients. Through the course, firms will learn how to navigate through different scenarios to manage workflow best practices, measure ROI of Bill.com implementations and pricing strategies. The course also features videos on successful implementation and workflow designs.
Bill.com previously invited a select number of customers to participate in the certification program, resulting in 112 firms and 186 individuals becoming Bill.com certified. These firms and professionals can display Bill.com certified badges on their signatures, websites and blogs, acknowledging their expertise and credibility as a trusted advisor.
Bill.com is currently the only client service solution that works with all major accounting software and every U.S. bank. Professionals that are Bill.com certified can manage all of their clients from a central location, provide more in-depth advisory services and a higher level of customer service.
