ORCAS was designed and built by Lawrence O. Ellefson.
He founded Control Systems Group, a Seattle-based consulting firm in 1991, and previously was employed for 11 years as a Senior Systems Control Analyst, Senior Audit Officer and Audit Supervisor for a large west coast bank. He began his auditing career as an Auditor and Senior Auditor with a major west coast-based conglomerate. Prior to his retirement, he served as Assistant General Auditor for a world-wide ATM gateway network.
Larry holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Central Washington University and has guest-lectured at the Central Washington University School of Business and Economics. He has published several articles on Control Cost-Benefit and Risk Management issues.
