LogInTax provides a variety of resources used regularly by public accounting firms. The software uses database technology to store information for each client. The database stores data for up to six years. The software contains the newest SSARS 19 accountant's reports for compilations and reviews as well as templates for engagement and numerous other letters and checklists commonly used by accounting firms. Firms are able to generate these documents with client-specific information automatically entered into each document. The information is imported from the client records in the database to reduce time spent on entering such information on every letter and report created. In addition, the software also provides various practice management calculators and practice aids designed to assist firms with payroll, bank reconciliations, engagement evaluations, etc. LogInTax consolidates many different accounting functions into once central program to reduce the need for multiple programs.
