What’s the one piece of technology that MOST helps you get through
your normal workday?

“I would have to say that my laptop is the one piece of technology that
most helps me get through my day. A close second is my Motorola Q phone. I have
it set up so that all of my e-mails, contacts and calendar are available on
there, and I must admit that I am addicted!”

What will be the biggest change over the next five years in the ways
tax and accounting firms operate?

“Over the next five years, I anticipate that accounting firms will continue
seeking ways to offer their employees greater work-life balance. I believe that
technology will play a key role in this change, as the improvement and implementation
of technology will allow workers to work from home, conduct virtual meetings,
etc.”
