What’s the one piece of technology that MOST helps you get through
your normal workday?

“My BlackBerry, which is also my cell phone. I believe this is a boring
and common answer so my second piece of technology would be a TV because it
helps me unwind from day to day.”.

What will be the biggest change over the next five years in the ways
tax and accounting firms operate?

“Core business processes for tax and accounting firms will be nearly 100
percent paperless, end to end. Over the next five years, the notion of preparing
a tax return or audit with paper source documents and workpapers will be long
gone.”
